Biography
The muscular farm-boy. At a glance, he seems tough because he's so big, muscular and brawny, but in reality he's very sweet and gentle. Rodney grew up with his dad and 5 little brothers on a farm. As a result he's painfully shy and blushing around girls, but poetic and eloquent when he's alone in the confessional. We later discover his eloquence stems from extensive reading of romance novels. He's a serial monogamist and falls hard for any girl who's sweet to him, and as soon as another girl is sweet to him (more like control and hurt him) he falls for her and then feels like he has to "break up" with the first girl. Since he babbles incoherently whenever he talks to girls none of them ever understand they were ever in a relationship or that they're being dumped.
Personality
Rodney is a cute and handsome muscular farm-boy who is very shy. He can also be very sweet, caring, and concerned for others. Unfortunately, his most useful quality is his large size as opposed to his brain. He tends to make simple moves from the female contestants- such as offering him food, touching his hand, or warning him about feces on the ground- as acts of love, and immediately falls for them. To his credit, he is determined to be monogamous and is considerate of the girl who loses his affections. The subject never reciprocates his feelings. In fact, the girl in question usually doesn't even share regular conversations with Rodney. As a result, she is always dumbfounded when he breaks up with her. Rodney is quite poetic while in the confessional; however, in the face of a girl, he has a terrible habit of stumbling over his words until they do not flow together at all.

On So, Uh This Is My Team?, he comments on Scarlett's brains, which annoys Shawn. When Chris destroy's the zeppelin's engine, he is seen falling with Beardo, Leonard, Topher, Amy, Sugar, Shawn, Ella, and Chris. He next opens his pack, and a parachute surprises him which causes him to slow down. After, he lands safely on the ground with Topher, Scarlett, and Ella. His cheeks get pink and falls in love with teammate Jasmine when she gives him orders for the challenge. Then Amy grabs him by the ear by calling him "mumbles." He pulls away the arguing twins after he got his materials for the house.
On I Love You, Grease Pig, Amy punches his stomach to get him to stop talking. She tells that she and Samey will partner up while Rodney clutches his belly. Rodney then starts to get a rosy blush in his cheeks and starts falling in love with Amy. He is up against Sky in the challenge, carrying the team's pig, and then falls and hits his "biscuits". Before the end, he approaches Jasmine and breaks up with her.
On Twinning Isn't Everything, he is at breakfast with his team, and is uncomfortable with the twins arguing. He speaks to Jasmine, who is creeped out by his obvious crush on her. During the challenge, he targets Sugar with a snake on her face and later he surprisingly puts his hands on his chest and approaches Samey and Amy to talk to them, but he creeps them both out.
On I Love You, I Love You Knots, Rodney falls in love with Scarlett and Samey (or thinks she is Amy) before the challenge starts. As the challenge commences, Rodney is asked to confess the truth about something, but refuses every single time. He later gets excited and starts taunting Clucky, showing that he eats six delicious eggs a day and rubs his tummy. Ella is also selected for the tie breaker. Rodney flexes his muscles saying, "Bring on the scares!". He refuses to do that to give his team the final point, causing them to lose. At the end he is quickly voted off, and when he is in the cannon, he confesses his love for all the girls he likes.

- Rodney secretly reads romance novels.
- Rodney has a similar appearance to Wreck-It Ralph, Johnny Cash, Napoleon Dynamite, and Gaston from Beauty and the Beast.
- His overall design and body shape was reused later on from Episode 14 of Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race in the Australian farms.

Rodney is a brawny farm-boy with fair skin, freckled cheeks, a rosy complexion, orange hair, a big belly, and a large cleft chin. He wears navy blue overalls with a tummy pocket, side pockets, yellow buckles, and light blue bottom edges under a white shirt with grey edges covering his neck, and red and white sneakers.
